Power Stones and Natural Crystals

Grounding

First chakra (base of the spine)

By definition, it governs grounding — the energy that helps you live while facing reality.

It balances body and mind and supports social functioning.

It provides physical energy and vitality.

People with HSP traits or empathic tendencies, or those who often have strong intuition and insights,

often have a high seventh chakra numerically.

For example, on a scale of 1 to 10, it would almost certainly be a 10.

Chakras are part of the natural world, and since we live in the natural world, balance is necessary.

So let’s say the first chakra is at a 2.

Oh my — what an imbalance.

You feel a lot and your intuition and flashes of insight come so strongly you surprise yourself, yet you have nothing built under your feet.

Balance is important. If all your chakras are at 5 and stable, that is stability.

Highly spiritual people can’t simply set their seventh chakra to 5 and their first chakra to 5 to stabilize them.

That’s where major instability can arise (from my experience).

First, you need to ground yourself and raise the first chakra.

Walk barefoot on the ground, feel the earth, spend time in nature, garden, cycle, pay attention to your body and food, care about your environment — doing these things consciously can help.

Incorporating yoga or meditation is also beneficial.

Stones help a great deal as companions for meditation.

Is it tourmaline today, garnet tomorrow? Choosing can be hard — should you just collect expensive stones?

That’s not necessarily the answer.

Maybe a varied combination is best.

So I gathered:

Sedona red stone
Garnet
Carnelian
Desert rose
Hematite
Citrine
Smoky quartz
Tourmaline
PeridotIt has been infused with the breath of Sedona.
